Kate and Claire and their Austin Tennis Academy teammates competed at Texas Junior Tennis Team championships in New Braunfels. The team won every single match and qualified for the 2009 National Championships later this year
Claire and Kate also had main draw wins on the singles side.
Next stop is a national open for Claire in El Paso... can you say road trip?

Kate needed a nice picture to paint for her art class. Since it was a beautiful, blue sky, January day here in Austin, Kate, Scott, and me headed down to Town Lake and around town to take pictures of some of the things that make Austin, well Austin.
Here's a slideshow of some of the sites we captured.
